ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Anil Reddy
is the Founder/CEO of LaSai Technologies. A venture which spans across industries and garners the strength of
the best of the breed current and futuristic technology to deliver unified experiences in organizations to achieve more.
After having strategic leadership positions in a few large reputed corporations, leading large teams and transforming their
businesses to do more for their customers, Anil most recently ventured to become an entrepreneur. His specialization is around
digital transformation, which encompasses technology to drive innovation to empower and enable organizations to do more. His
reach and understanding spans across the globe.
Prior to this role he was the Head: Microsoft Cloud Capacity acquisition and Datacenter strategy. In this role, Anil is the global
lead for all of Microsoft’s cloud capacity acquisition and is responsible for managing the portfolio related to it. He is also
responsible for driving strategic relationships with reference to Cloud infrastructure.
In the role leading to being the Head of Datacenter strategy, Anil was the chief Strategy Officer for India, and was on the
executive staff for Cloud & Enterprise division, leading business management, strategy and strategic partnerships based in
Redmond, reporting to Scott Guthrie. He was responsible for assisting the leadership team to drive a customer-focused
approach for building and delivering services to our customers and helped refine Windows Azure and Microsoft Cloud Strategy.
He’s been instrumental in developing partnerships with companies including Samsung, Wipro, TCS, Fortis, Amazon, and
Rackspace, among many others. Anil brings together a unique set of experience encompassing both enterprise and consumer
across varying industries. He is also considered a subject matter expert for Service providers and emerging technologies such
as IOT and Advanced Data Analytics.
Anil started his career a close to three decades with the Tata Administrative Services, before moving on to the US where he held
senior positions in PepsiCo and Target Corporation prior to joining Microsoft.
Anil is a graduate of Public Administration and holds a Master of Science in Organization/Operations Management from the
University of Southern Mississippi along with an advanced management work from Kelogg School of Management.
